Here’s the deal… I’ll keep it quick. I’m noticing an awful trend which is not so awful
but could be indicative of a problem. The last bunch of days I’ve gone out at 8, 9, 10 o’clock at night and pounded out 2 miles…. to keep the streak alive. That’s all well and good and I’m getting many kudos and the legs are starting to find their strength again…but could I be developing a bad routine?
Could it be possible that I could do more if I were not waiting to the last minute to get a run in? I think I know the answer but this one will be worth tracking down in more detail…because it could lead to clarity in the rules… The operating theory at the moment is that mileage may need to matter soon… perhaps after the 30 days is up.
